☆  Silversong Belcourt 1944 - 2009

To the friends of Silversong from her son, James.

Some people who are reading this may only know me as stories of me being the warrier and protector of those who can not fight or protect them selves, some may just know me as the son of Silversong, some of you have held me as a child. Some may be saying, who is this guy?

When Silversong passed the creator was kind and allowed her and I one last time to talk. I know that I have been blessed for this. My sister and I are now closer then we ever have been before, and the life force of our family is stronger. In her death comes peace, understanding, unity and so much more. Silversong's life is a celebration of what someone can do with a pure heart.

I know the love my mother has for her friends and Honor Day the totality of all of everyone's love was present with her when she pasted.

I want to personally thank all of you, I believe the love, respect and honor she got and gave with her friends allowed her to carry on so long with her fight with her cancer. Honor day is very important to her and she will be with all of us, particularly on Honor Day. She and I know that Honor Day now has a life force of its own and will grow. We can save the people of the world and Mother Earth, one person at a time. I know this will continue but it helps me to say it here, Honor-Love-Respect for all, pay-it-forward.

Some of her last words to Loree and I: " I am going to ask to be the one who sits at the big dipper pouring love on to every one, when you see the big dipper, you will see me". Her eyes told me that she was welcoming the completion of her circle of life on Mother Earth and she was ready to start her new path, her new circle of learning and love as pure energy. As she ascended into pure energy formed she visited every one, I believe this because so many people have let me know that something special happened when she passed. Tonight the clouds broke from the rain and my son said, look there is a big dipper, looks like there is an extra star. He is 8 and did not know what my mother told us, my sister had a sparkle in her eye. This is how Silversong, my dear mother, will continue to show me the path to love.
I am sorry it has taken me some time to pass these words on, I am sure my spelling is wacked and grammer is I bit off, I know you all understand. I also use facebook and if you want to add me, feel free...
Again I want to thank all of you for the love.

Love all of you!
James Rowe "Iron Feather"
