Everything this provoked great emotional, financial instability, intranqilidade and small monetary profit. Still it existed the lack of availability that this type of act of contract caused for the planning of lessons, participation in meetings and orientation of scientific projects that for happiness were approved. It was necessary to make option for activity, prioritizing one in detriment of another one. The challenge to assume the Professional Education as offers of the public power in the State of Par configured questionings, controversies and hypotheses considering, from there, the paradigm in addition that guided the neoliberal politics, intervening with the politics of offers of the professional education. It stops as much, was created the Net of Schools of Technological Education of the State of Par (EETEPAs), by means of Portaria N 42, of 08 of July of 2008, providing to the great magnifying of the Professional Education in the State of Par in substitution to the ETPP s, that were of responsibility of the Social Organization, of same name of the schools: ETPP. With this, the constitution of the Coordination of Educao was necessary also Profissional (COEP), that it would together with act the Direction of Average Education and Profissional (DEMP) in the Associate Secretariat of Ensino (SAEN), inside of this State secretary of Educao (SEDUC). Thus, I consisted it Net of Technological Schools of the State of composed Par of 14 Schools: ETEMB (Magalhes Barata), Francisco Azevedo Cacao (Icoaraci), IEEP, Francisco Nunes, Ansio Teixeira, Juscelino Kubitschek (Marituba), Albertina Pig (Isabel Saint), Itaituba, Salvaterra, Thailand, Paragominas, Glad Mount, CIEBT (Camet) and Christ Worker (Abaetetuba). PROFESSIONALIZED THE BRAZIL PROGRAM (MEC) AND THE SEDUC: Public politics for the Expansion of the Public Professional Education and Quality in the State of Par. Much already was advanced since that the management of the Professional Education passed to the State: the magnifying of the vacant number, of the forms of offers and the amount of courses.
